- I have been a runner - on and off - all my life, but have gotten seriously into running in 2004 with a personal goal of completing a 26.2 mile MARATHON. I like challenging myself personally and have found that my personal goals and challenges in running have inspired others to set their own personal challenges. Alot on MIKE's MOMENT OF ZENSpiration comes from my studies in Eastern philosophy and by pounding the pavement with running. With 2 marathons under my belt and 2 more in my short term sights, I hope you can adapt these examples into helping with a boost of ZENSpiration when you need it...
